I had universe come to install mini split units in my downstairs a few years ago and they’ve been brilliant. So impressed with Universe and their customer service that when my upstairs unit broke I called them right away. They came round the next day, found the issues and presented options. I opted to replace and they installed nearly cleanly and quickly the very next day. The unit has been on since they left and is working great. The prices are definitely on the higher side but the warranty and workmanship is worth the extra money. Recommend to anyone looking to get the job done right and have a worry free experience.

Excellent service as always. Have been using Universe since we moved to seaford 16 years ago and they do a great job every time. Jim that came today to fix a heating problem diagnosed the issue in minutes.
Repair done quickly and has worked perfectly since.

Frank the technician was very thorough when servicing my a/c unit. He found some issues with the old unit. We were told that it's time for a new one. They put us right on the schedule the next day. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and started working right away. Thanks again to Ben, Keith and Justin for a great installation of the new a/c unit. You guys were neat and respectful of everything. After a few days of operating the system we noticed the thermostat was not functioning properly. We notified the office and Steve Usher was at our house the next day. Replacing the thermostat and some minor wiring he had the system up and running. Thanks again Steve for the follow up call the next day after the service call.

Tommy,Matt, and Isiah let me know they were on the way, and arrived on time. They greeted me in a friendly and professional manner and introduced themselves. They put covers on their shoes before entering the house and put drop cloths on the floors and over the furniture. Tommy went over every detail of the installation, and discussed options. They kept me informed and involved every step of the way.
The work was completed in a professional manner. They kept the work areas clean, and put everything back in its place.
