Nick S. came to do the yearly service for my air conditioning. Nick is great and very up front which I like. After almost 17 years I need a new system. Ugh! He brought me outside and showed me all the reasons why it should be replaced. I could wait & see but didn’t want to risk it so Saturday I’ll be getting a new system. It just needs to be done. I was very happy Mick explained everything to me. He’s very knowledgeable & friendly.

Chris Seppe and his team were amazing!

We discovered 2 sewer line breaks during our home inspection and reached out to Universe to fix. They recommended installing 2 patches to fix the issue. Long story short, the patches didn’t hold and were unable to be removed, so our only option was to dig through the driveway and replace the broken piece of pipe. One day job on Monday and we are operational! We’ll need to wait a bit to pave, but due to the unique circumstances, Universe is handling the entire job at NO CHARGE!! Very rare to be taken care of in situations like this, high recommend for company/people with principles.
