Honestly, I was skeptical due to the price and upon reading negative reviews from other customers. But, Tony, the comfort advisor, definitely put me at ease by ensuring the job’s needs were met. The job was started and completed today, 9/17/26, by Mr. Espinal and Mr. Kelly. There was a third person whose name unfortunately I didn’t catch. I can surely say that the 3 gentlemen that performed the job were not only polite, but knowledgeable, neat, careful and considerate when performing and moving materials throughout my home. I hope that my review speaks for years to come as I make use of the waterless water heater. I hope to be able to use them for other future needs. Thank you Universe Home Services. 10/16/2026 Addendum to previous review. Unfortunately, when the waterless tank was installed, the process caused a blockage to occur with the hot water connected to my washing machine. Reached out to Universe who had a technician come out to check what the issue was on 9/30/2026. The tech wasn’t sure what the issue was, so the issue remained unresolved. I phoned again to see if another tech can come and take a second look.On 10/6/26, another technician came by as scheduled, his name was Anthony Krachenfels. Although, Anthony appeared to know what the issue was, he was very rude and sarcastic. Again, he left stating a part for the washing machine would be ordered and installed, when the part is received. I followed up with a call on 10/7/26 to complain about Anthony Krachenfels, as well to inform Universe that if a new technician was going to be assigned, I didn’t want it to be Mr. Krachenfels. The person spoken to assured me that a different technician would be performing the job. I phoned back on 10/14/26, to check on the status of the part ordered along with the date of installation. I was informed that the part was received, and a new appointment was made for 10/16/26. Mr. Joseph Henry, arrived as scheduled, he was very pleasant and completed the job with no issues or complaints. We vetted 5 different companies before going with Universe for our AC and furnace replacement. They were competitively priced, had excellent communication, clean, and respectful. They included a few other improvements in their work scope in like a new return vent, condensation line and pump, etc. that other companies we vetted didn't even address. We've had to call in a few times to get the system adjusted since our existing ductwork caused some issues, they've been excellent and attentive, sending over a manager or lead tech each time. Would highly recommend. Best value for the kind of service you get.

Will came quickly to our home and explained in person that our central A/C internal unit had gone into weekly self test mode and so that was why the room temperature was lower than our current A/C setting and our A/C external fan unit was (correctly) not running during the test. Test came up green at Universe so was successful. Will decided it was easier to explain all this in person rather than over phone. He also reviewed with us how to use our A/c controller. No charge for service no bill. Very happy with Will & Universe !!

He was just terrific.. took the time to explain everything.and took care of changing filters and thoroughly checking system.There was some billing confusion and he cleared that up too. The guys were great. Diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered replacement parts on the spot. As soon as parts were in house they came back and installed them and I was cool again.
