In addition a corrosion issue was discovered in the clogged pipe that was on the verge of a major leakage into the vanity cabinet. It was addressed and repaired. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Universe Home Services. I knew I needed a hot water heater and my gas furnace was aging. I wasn’t sure whether I wanted a long-term or short-term solution but wound up upgrading to a complete tankless system.

From the moment Christopher visited to provide me with quotes to the last minute of their installation, they were stellar. I initially called Universe because of what others have written and I’m glad I did. Christopher answered my many questions for days while never pressuring me into a purchase. Benjamin, Justin and Spence spent the whole day at my house for the installation and again answered any questions I had with patience and knowledge. No detail was too small for them to attend to and they thoroughly tested and re-tested my system before they left. I have to highly recommend Universe for their professionalism, their knowledge and their willingness to make sure that the customer has all the information they need in order to make the right choice. Their warranties and finance plans were icing on the cake!.

Will cane punctually at 8 am as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the relay. He then also found that the aquastat on my water heater was not functioning properly, which had been causing a problem i had noticed recently. He replaced both defective parts. Throughout the call he was cordial and efficient and explained everything to me completely. I would certainly give him 5 plus stars!
