Universal came to the rescue! Lol, Christopher Seppe came for an estimate for a conversion, and as we walked down to the basement, we both stepped onto a puddle. My basement was literally flooding, the boiler overheated, and it was releasing massive amounts of water; it was a mess!! Chris jumped on it, stopped the boiler from leaking, and walked me through the conversion process. The price was right, the contract signed, and I got a temporary water heater the next day. Long story short, I am very thankful for the service and how everything worked out.

I hate calling an electrician, but Universe Home Services more than changed my mind. First, I needed service that day and they did it, no questions asked. When the technician Jimmy arrived, he explained what was needed and gave me a fair price. From the woman who took my call to Jimmy who did the repairs, everyone was friendly and very customer focused. Very happy with them and would absolutely recommend!

Johnson was just here to fix a problem with my gas furnace! Thank you so much Johnson! I was nervous w the loud noise, he found the problem and fixed it, efficiently, professionally, and so timely! I called last night, he was here early this morning. Thank you, Universe!! You still get 5 stars, even though you had to come back!! Peter was pleasant, kind and came early! The company Universe were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating from estimate to install of my new AC system. The comfort consultant was patient with explaining what we needed and competitive and fair with pricing. The install team arrived exactly on time and got right to work. They were curtious and clean throughout the day, answered every question we had and explained the new system in detail before leaving. They also didn't leave a spec of debris behind from the house to the yard to the driveway. I would definitely recommend and use them again for any issue from HVAC to plumbing. It seems like they can do it all.
