Amazing experience! Before i bought my house Universe had installed two mini splits.This is a large company that stands by its work. Joanne navigated me through the permit process. She answered all of my questions. Scheduled all of my appointments and even sent an electrician to make sure I was up to code and that it would pass. The electrician Jimmy that showed up was friendly, professional and on time. He worked with me when it came to scheduling. He corrected an issue so I would be able to pass inspection and helped label my circuit breaker correctly. When he was done I didn't even know he was there because he left his work area very clean. I highly recommend this company.

Tim was quite efficient. He was fast, knowledgeable, well informed, and he was eager to impart all the knowledge that he could within the alloted time! Not only did he share knowledge about our central air system. But, he also imparted much needed knowledge about our vent system pertaining to our Dryer.
