Anthony Krachenfels from Universe Home Service was very professional and knowledgeable. He was honest about the situation and mentioned that he could have charged for opening up the ceiling to find out the problem, but since it wasn’t a plumbing issue and not his area of specialty, he chose not to charge for that work. I really appreciate and respect his honesty.

He cleaned up really nicely afterwards.

He also recommended a reliable company for the necessary repairs, and they did a great job. If anything else comes up in the future, I will definitely be calling Universe Home Service again.

I would absolutely ask Universe to send Bob Grillo to do any future repairs if ever needed. Universe kept us informed from the minute we made our appointment through completion. It is very helpful to give notice of the technician being on his way so we did not have to sit around waiting for him to arrive in a time window. Great service!
