Universe redeemed themselves big time. Initially, I did not have a good experience with Universe yesterday and within minutes Tony jumped in and saved the day. As of this afternoon, new boiler is installed, and all is working well. Thank you for making it right!

I’ve used Universe a few times now – in my old house and now in my new condo. I had called for an estimate for a new HVAC system and a HWH and that same day they sent an estimator named Frank – he was excellent. He offered fair and competitive pricing on the spot. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment and the maintenance. I had a quote in hand within 15-20 minutes. He explained all of the options along with a financing option if needed. Then i called him the next day after signing the contract to set up a day for them to do the install. They accommodated my request. They called day before to confirm job and arrival time. Sean, Danny, Daniel and Vinny arrived on time today and got right to work. I had a few questions they answered for me along the way. They did the install and tested the HWH and HVAC system and I was very pleased with their professionalism. They cleaned up everything and my system looks beautiful. And they have an awesome 5 year maintenance contract that came with it also. Very attractive offer. 10/10 I would definitely highly recommend Universe Home Services.

One small hiccup with a cracked pipe after install BUT their technician Alex came right away and switched out the pipe and was in and out in 10 minutes problem fixed. All good. 10/10 I’d still give them because service is just as important as the install job.

Larry was great! He was professional, respectful, courteous & knowledgeable. He explained how a boiler works etc (not that I would remember what was said). He figured out right away that someone messed up by shutting off something they weren’t supposed to. I’m glad I went with this company and would use them again!

Got estimate from Tony A. today for a new gas/heater system. Tony was very thorough with the cost and helped get me set up financially to pay for the cost which was very reasonable. They will be installing a new system tomorrow! Tony A. was professional and good to work with. Look forward to the completed work.

The Home tech Dylan, who came to my house Was kind thorough and gave good suggestions and estimates. He had patience, even though I didn’t know what things were. We were very happy with the service at universal and Dylan. We would like to keep him as our home service professional when we need help. We will be staying at Universal even though they changed to Master. Dylan Was knowledgeable about Navient boilers that run from gas And answered any questions I had. The price they quoted us on the phone was the same price they charged, an inspection and Maintance. Thank you universal for your help!
